Q: Do you offer local pickup for Canadian customers?
A: Yes we do! Select the Local Pickup option at checkout to pick up your order from our warehouse in London, Ontario.

Q: What if I miss out on Batch One? Did I miss my chance?
A: You certainly will have missed your chance with Batch One, however in a month or two we will open up Batch Two orders which will ship just after the completion of Batch One!
Q: What does my order status mean?
- Completed: Payment for your order has been received and is processed. Your units are scheduled to ship at the earliest availability.
- Processing: We have received and are currently processing your payment, your units and place in queue are reserved.
- On Hold: We have yet to receive full payment on an order you have placed.
- Pending: We have received your order request and require you to choose a method of payment and proceed to checkout.
